DUST - BTS /// This series follows the journey of photographers, graphic designers, illustrators, that are all part of the DUST23 Magazine team and/or the extended Learning Lions digital and creative community. From first initial concepts through to development, gathering content and finalising a 100+ paged magazine, the aim is to tell their own stories and highlight positive moments from the Turkana region in northern Kenya, showcasing its rich culture and land.
Shadowing the team, I wanted to show the creative process and create a behind the scenes photo documentary whilst the magazine was created. Issue #1 launched during Tobong Lore 2019, a festival celebrating Turkana’s cultural heritage and diversity. View Issue #1  here
